Bridges Out of Poverty Seminar: Kearney Area Chamber of Commerce and Kearney
Housing Agency have joined forces to bring this seminar to Kearney. It has been attended by
several professionals in the community and it could be the catalyst toward defining our
specific issues and beginning the work of a game plan to solutions. You’re encouraged to
attend this free seminar as an important resource in our community. *Funded by BCCHP grant

International Walk to School Day: No matter where you live, there are many reasons
why it’s a good idea for kids to walk and bike to school. As little as 10-15 minutes of activity
can improve a child’s heath, circulation and concentration.
