jon and jon with hatsAs 2014 comes to a close, we find ourselves reflecting on the past year.Community Partners and its coalitions have accomplished so much in 2014, from community education on Alzheimer’s to empowering youth voices in three PhotoVoice sessions to helping launch the HelpCare Clinic and more.

The end of the year isn’t just about looking back, though. It’s also about looking ahead and planning for the future, a future we hope sees a healthier Buffalo County. The health and wellbeing of our community and the people who live and work here is our responsibility, and Community Partners is the dynamic, focused, and energetic organization that is taking on that responsibility.

This year has seen many great things, and we want to thank everyone who has committed themselves to helping build a healthier Buffalo County, whether you’ve volunteered time and resources or made a financial donation. Your partnership is what helps drive this organization and makes our community great. There are few places that see the types of partnerships and togetherness that Buffalo County is known for.

As the year draws to a close, we’re excited to announce that we’ve raised $113,000 of our $125,000 goal, bringing us to 91% of what we need. We can’t express how grateful we are for your support in getting us this close.

If you have yet to make a donation this year, please consider supporting us in raising the final piece we need to reach our goal and help push us into a successful 2015. Every little bit counts and is a step closer to a healthier Buffalo County.

Thank you, and here’s to another wonderful year in Buffalo County.

Sincerely,
Jon Watts and Jonathan Nikkila
