A new coalition was formed in July 2010, referred to as Community Connections. This coalition will meet monthly over the lunch hour on the first Thursday of each month at the Salvation Army (bring your own sack lunch). It is open to the public.

Their mission statement is: a partnership of Kearney-area organizations dedicated to serving community members' unmet needs by collaborating and communicating new ideas while sharing existing resources.

Two sub-groups will meet on a routine basis: 1)Emergency Assistance and 2)Case Workers. For information on when the groups meet, contact the Community Partners office at (308)865-2284 or info@bcchp.org.
