On Monday, March 15, over 100 youth attended the Buffalo County Youth Day at the Capitol, where they had the opportunity to meet with 23 Senators at the State Capitol.  The youth met with Senators and advocated on issues important to them.

Buffalo County Community Partners has now expanded to Facebook. Check out our organization page by searching “Buffalo County Community Partners” on the social networking site, Facebook.

In 2009, 249 individuals representing 26 businesses were trained in the Responsible Beverage Server Coalition’s training program.

Partnering in new ways, not duplicating resources and setting measurable goals with time lines was a fresh perspective in 1995, as Buffalo County Community Partners began to emerge as a collaboration of community leaders.

Robyn Jackson, Gary Main and Luke Olson have retired from the Buffalo County Community Partners Board of Directors.

The Buffalo County Youth Advisory Board sponsored the Sunday, Jan. 10 Tri-City Storm hockey game against Cedar Rapids as a part of their "Take A Stand" campaign

Bob Smoot has been named the 2010 Buffalo County Community Partners Chairman of the Board. Bob has lived in Kearney for four years, working for Good Samaritan Hospital.
