Buffalo County Community Partner Grants |
||||||||
| The Community Partners grant philosophy is to make funds available to assist groups in collaborative efforts that will lead toward the attainment of Buffalo County’s 5 Strategic Directions for the 2020 Vision: Active Living & Healthy Eating, Eliminate Health Disparities, High Impact Prevention Services, Healthy Homes & Sustainable Communities, and Injury-Free Living. Grant funds provide the potential for new coalitions and seek to effect lasting change for betterment in quality of life for Buffalo County residents. | ||||||||
