Our mission:

is to increase the community’s knowledge of dementia, including Alzheimer’s disease. This will be achieved by building community partnerships, increasing education and heightened awareness.

The Alzheimer’s & Dementia Coalition is a community coalition powered by Buffalo County Community Partners that aims to improve health outcomes for community members living with Alzheimer’s disease and dementia. The group has created a local resource guide for physicians to distribute to patients and their families. The group also puts on community education events.
